No passenger van team operated today due to unavailability of drivers.  In response to a severe water shortage at the Medyke, Poland border crossing reported by Konrad, the VM4U purchased and Team Fynn delivered approximately 1 ton of bottled water.  Team Fynn continued to work with local volunteers on the Polish-Ukrainian border.  The water shortage at Medyke border crossing has been reported to have been managed.  There is an apparent correlation between the outdoor temperature and water demand.
