4/4 to 4/7 Recap
No vans were run on these days due the decrease in donations to St. Barbara’s Church, the reduction in the flow of refugees, and the increasing costs of rental vans.
In response, vans will be run on demand in the case of urgent supplies needs and pre-arranged passengers.
On 4/5, the VM4U Operations Team met with the St. Barbara’s Church/YoUkraine organisation Logistics Team and agreed to integrate our logistical operations under Elli and Julia in order to further optimise and adapt to the changing environment.
