6/1 to 6/30 TACMED UKRAINE DIESEL SUPPORT PROJECT UPDATE

In June, TacMed Ukraine transported 472 patients using 10 medics and 6 drivers from Australia, US, Germany, Norway, Canada, and Ukraine together with 5 ambulances and 1 bus. No VM4U donations were used. The Tullman Family Office, with 501c3 support from Elevate Ukraine, continues their support of diesel for TacMed Ukraine ambulances through July 2025. VM4U performs third-part donation verification using a system of real-time reporting and fuel card accounting.

6/1 to 6/30 VAN PROGRAM UPDATE

Nathan, Van Program Manager, continues to utilize the VM4U van to circulate donations, relocate refugees, support partner volunteer organizations, and deliver donated furniture in Vienna as well as deliver medical supplies and other aid to Ukraine. Van maintenance and inspection were undergone 6/4, 6/11, and 6/16. VM4U donations are used for fuel, maintenance, and inspection.

6/1 to 6/30 MUSIC PROGRAM UPDATE

Nadiia, Music Program Manager and Instructor, continues to return refugee children to their music training. The program has 4 instructors for 9 children, thanks to volunteer instructors Joel (Saxophone), Emin (Piano), Nadiia (Elementary music), and Rosa (Guitar). The music program is a partnership with Kimu Wien (@kimu_wien) and Domivka. VM4U donations are used for instrument maintenance, instrument rental, and instruction materials.

6/2, 6/9, 6/16, 6/23, 6/30 FOOTBALL PROGRAM TRAINING UPDATE

Coach Oleksandr, Football Program Manager, and Coach Sergii continue to host football training for children ages 7-12 on Monday nights from 17:30-19:00 at the Sport Center Donau City in cooperation with Domivka. VM4U donations are used to pay for field rental.

6/3 VAN MISSION – MATUSYA SUPPORT

Nathan, using his personal vehicle, circulated donations between donors and Matusya, Vienna children’s aid collection and distribution. No VM4U donations were used.

6/4 TETIANA SUPPORT CASE

Tetiana is a refugee in Vienna on the transplant list. Based on VM4U experience with previous transplant cases, Oleg, Nathan, and Dr. Viktoriia were able to advise Tetiana on the procedures and expectations as well as offer support where and when needed.

6/4 VAN MISSION – HELA FLANKO SUPPORT

Nathan, using his personal vehicle, circulated donated medical supplies between local pharmacies and Hela Flanko. No VM4U donations were used.

6/4 VAN MISSION – MAINTENANCE

Nathan and Susan took the VM4U van for brake repairs and annual inspection. VM4U donations were used for repairs and inspection.

6/9, 6/16, 6/24, 6/27, 6/29 FURNISHINGS PROGRAM UPDATE

Nathan, Furnishings Program Manager, continues to work with Olga, The Feel Good Store, to transfer furniture and appliances directly from donors to refugees on a regular basis using the VM4U van and Nathan’s van. The furnishings team, better known as the VM4U Crew, includes Pasha, Artem, Arkady, Anatolii, Jake, Jesse, Coach Oleksandr, Amir, Dima, Oleksii, and others. VM4U donations are used for van fuel.

6/11 VAN MISSION – MAINTENANCE

Nathan took the VM4U van for A/C repair and key repair and duplication. VM4U donations were used for repairs.

6/14 VAN MISSION – YOUKRAINE SUPPORT

Solomiia used the VM4U to collect local donations to the YOUkraine organization. VM4U donations were used for fuel.

6/16 VAN MISSION – MAINTENANCE

Nathan took the VM4U van for repair of the hand brake. VM4U donations were used for repairs.

6/16 OPERATION CHANGE DIESEL SUPPLY PROJECT

The Tullman Family Network, with 501c3 support from Elevate Ukraine, will be support of diesel for Operation Change cargo vans through October 2025. VM4U performs third-part donation verification using a system of real-time reporting and fuel card accounting.

6/17 VAN MISSION – HOSTEL HUTTLEDORF SUPPORT

Artem, using Nathan’s personal vehicle, relocated Natallia (elderly mother) and Oleksii (son undergoing Chemotheropy), both originally from Zaporizhzhia, from Hostel Huttledorf (Vienna Refugee Center operated by Volkshilfe) to Haus Mira (dormitory operated by Caritas). No VM4U donations were used.

6/18 to 6/21 VAN MISSION – HELA FLANKO SUPPORT – LVIV

Tassilo and Guy, using the VM4U van, transported medical supplies for Halo Flanko to a hospital in Ivano Frankivsk and Oleg’s diabetic supplies to hospitals in Lviv, Oleksandriia, and Lubny. On the return, the van team picked up donated football gear supplied by the Hope Shelter for the VM4U children’s football program. Tassilo covered the costs of fuel, tolls, driver lodging, and vignettes; no VM4U donations were used.

6/24 VAN MISSION – HOSTEL HUTTLEDORF SUPPORT

Nathan, using the VM4U van, relocated Reheda (Parkinson’s) from Hostel Huttledorf (Vienna Refugee Center operated by Volkshilfe) to Haus Mira (dormitory operated by Caritas). V4MU donations were used for fuel.
